Velkommen til koncert i Koncertkirken i København den 7. oktober kl. 19.30!Saxofonduoen Duo Nedremo/Abelseth har fordybet sig i norske musiktraditioner og skabt koncertkonceptet "Stedbundet". Denne efterårssæson samarbejder de med den japanske saxofonist Kazuya Kato og bringer norske, japanske og danske musiktraditioner sammen i en række koncerter i Norge, Japan og Danmark.
Projektet lægger vægt på at tilpasse musikken til stedets kultur og traditioner. Målet er at udforske og fremhæve norske musiktraditioner i samspil med japanske og danske elementer. Samarbejdet søger at inspirere til kreativ udveksling og nyskabende musikalske møder, hvor musikken fungerer som brobygger mellem kulturer og skaber varige forbindelser mellem musikmiljøerne i de tre lande.

The saxophone duo Duo Nedremo/Abelseth has delved into Norwegian musical traditions and created the concert concept “Stedbundet” (“Bound to Place”). This autumn season, they are collaborating with Japanese saxophonist Kazuya Kato, bringing together Norwegian, Japanese, and Danish musical traditions in a series of concerts in Norway, Japan, and Denmark.
The project emphasizes adapting the music to the culture and traditions of each place. The goal is to explore and highlight Norwegian musical traditions in interplay with Japanese and Danish elements. The collaboration seeks to inspire creative exchange and innovative musical encounters, where music serves as a bridge between cultures and creates lasting connections between the musical communities of the three countries.
