One of the biggest reasons I started STEAM Sprouts was to create more opportunities for kids and parents to meet people, make friends, and build a community close to home. So I thought… why not take over the clubhouse for a whole day? 😂🎃
We’ll have two Halloween craft parties for the kids during the day, and then after the kids have had their fun, it’s Mom’s turn! 🩷

🎟️ $20 general / $15 Canterbury Mews residents
🎨 A fun Halloween craft!
👻 Big Kids Halloween Craft Party
🕓 4:00 PM | Ages 7–12
🎟️ $25 general / $20 Canterbury Mews residents
🧪 Monster slime + Halloween fun!
🩷 Mommy Time Halloween Night Out
🕖 7:00–10:00 PM | Moms only

I’m especially excited about the moms’ night. I know how hard it can be to actually get a night out—especially when it means paying for another event, driving somewhere far, or trying to coordinate a million things just to make it happen.
That’s why STEAM Sprouts is collaborating with Mommy Time and fundraising to make this night free for moms. I want it to be an easy, local night where we can relax, have some food and drinks, do a fun Halloween craft, meet other moms, and hopefully leave knowing a few more people in our community than we did when we walked in. 🩷
For me, this whole day is really about bringing families together and building the kind of community I want STEAM Sprouts to be known for.
💕 We’re also looking for our village!
It takes some help to make a full day like this happen! We’ll be looking for sponsors and donations to help keep Moms’ Night completely free, as well as volunteers and/or paid helpers for the kids’ events.
If you’re a local parent, stay-at-home mom, grandmom, retiree, business owner—or just someone who would enjoy helping with a fun community event—we’d love to have you involved! There’s an option on the interest form to let us know if you’d like to volunteer, be considered for paid event help, donate, sponsor, or help in another way. 🌱

For now, this is an interest form only—no payment or commitment required! It’ll just help me get an idea of how many families and moms are interested so we can plan everything.
