Families are invited to join us every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month for a free, fun hands-on project. These mind-expanding projects help children discover creative play through science, technology, engineering, the arts and mathematics.
This workshop is called Paper Lab! Students will learn to make their own paper to write on at home!
This is a drop-in program for the whole family; participants can join anytime from 10am-1pm, but we recommend allocating a minimum of 30-45 minutes for each activity. Parents/guardians are expected to stay with their children at all times and actively participate in the workshop.
This project requires the ability to stay safe around irons and not drink or eat any of the ingredients.
Parents/guardians are asked to use their discretion when deciding whether a specific activity is the right choice for their kids, keeping in mind that advanced activities may take longer and require more fine motor skills to complete.
