Dickie Brennan's Steakhouse is hosting a Summer Picnic featuring Louisiana grass-fed beef from local farms. During the evening, the chefs will showcase their creativity by preparing various cuts of beef, including filets, strips, and ribeyes, at eight different carving stations.This event is an excellent opportunity to indulge in high-quality, locally-sourced beef while enjoying a relaxed and festive atmosphere. The different carving stations will allow guests to sample a variety of cuts, each prepared with the expertise of the talented chefs at Dickie Brennan and Company.
Just some of the highlights our chefs will be preparing: Whole Ribeye Beef Wellington, Marinated Whole Seared Strip, Bourbon Peach Glazed Brisket, Asian Sticky Short Ribs as well as elevated picnic sides. There will also be a complete dessert bar.
A Louisiana picnic would not be complete without libations! Cocktails, craft beer, and wine from our partners, Glenfiddich 12 year, Hendrick's Gin, Rabbit Hole Bourbon, and Great Raft Brewing.
