Steakhouse Classics Cooking Class

Learn to sear and cook steak to your desired doneness! Each student will cook their own ribeye steak.

In this class, we'll learn to make:

• Perfectly seared ribeye steak to your desired temperature
• Savory pan sauce
• Caeser salad with from scratch dressing
• Cheesy scalloped potatoes
• Molten chocolate lava cake

Students will work in groups of 2 to prepare the dishes. Each student will cook their own steak to their desired temperature.
