Join Ariel and Vivian for their 4 week community meditation series aimed at supporting you in building a consistent silent meditation home practice. Each week will build on the previous, so weekly attendance is highly encouraged.
The theme of this series is “Steady Mind for 2025,” with a strong focus on gratitude and intention setting. Expect to learn different meditation techniques to help focus your mind, have time to journal and reflect on your experiences, and learn different pranayama (breathing exercises) to incorporate into your practice to build the mind-body connection and enhance your meditation.
This series is great for beginners, those new to meditation, or those wanting to increase their consistency.
