It’s time to celebrate us 🥂🍾🥰Somehow between the the first date and Ste’s uncontrollable “Book Now” finger… Ste proposed, Lollie said yes and just like that, we’re engaged.
Right in the middle of the absolute madness that was 2025 - life changes, chaos, big decisions, stress and at least one “are we actually sane?” moment - we somehow found something steady in each other.
What started off slowly quickly escalated into Ste planning a wedding, pricing honeymoon destinations (plus several completely unnecessary “just in case” holidays), checking registrar fees and absolutely opening Excel before Lorraine had even finished her first drink.
Somewhere between the spreadsheets, the flights, the chaos and the late-night chats… we fell properly, completely in love.
So we’re taking over the upstairs function room at The Southport Coaster to celebrate not just the engagement - but surviving 2025 and choosing each other through all of it.

Before Lorraine’s passport gets another stamp.
