Is your child ready for the responsibility of being home alone? This fun and interactive safety class is designed for youth ages 10–12 to help them feel confident, prepared, and safe when spending short periods of time at home.Topics include:
✅ Personal responsibility and following household rules
✅ What to do if the doorbell or phone rings
✅ Fire safety and prevention
✅ How to recognize emergencies and call 911
✅ Basic first aid skills (scrapes, nosebleeds, small burns)
✅ Choking response and an introduction to CPR
Students will practice through hands-on activities, scenarios, and group discussions to make learning fun and engaging. By the end of class, they’ll be empowered with the knowledge and skills they need to stay safe and feel confident while home alone.
