For The Cvlture is inviting you to Step, Jump, Dance and Whine at this Carnival themed step class at Meridian Fitness, Greenwich. Expect your favourite carnival tunes, some old and some new so healthy voices and active waistlines are highly recommended!

Join us for 90 minutes of high energy, step fitness. Let loose and have fun whilst working out to your favourite soca and dancehall tunes. Bring your flags, bring your whistles, Bring your vibes and rep your country...we want a party!

Never stepped before? EVEN BETTER! There is absolutely no level required for this class, every ability is welcome. This class will be full of fun, full of vibes and will most definitely put you in full spirit for Notting hill carnival.
