- How to assess your own balance and track progress over time
- Safe techniques for getting down to the floor and back up - a critical skill most balance programs skip

About your presenter: Steven Mack is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), owner of Simple Solutions Fitness, and a Doctor of Physical Therapy candidate at the University of Missouri. He has spent the last 12 years helping clients in Columbia build strength, confidence, and resilience - and brings a unique blend of strength coaching and perspective to balance and fall prevention.
