With identity theft, online scams and social profiling hot topics in the news more people are seeking ways to learn how to protect themselves from these and other online threats. They want some practical and easy to understand and implement steps to protect their online safety and privacy and that of their family and children.In this six-session course we will explore the tools and services you can use to keep you and your family safe and private online. In each session we will focus on a particular area of the Internet and there is time in each session to ask questions and you will receive handouts to take away for future reference and guidance.
