We’re Stay Out, a high-energy punk rock band from Oakland, California, known for our insanely good looks and charm, the music is cool too. Since forming in 2016, we’ve almost literally carved out our place in the Bay Area’s underground punk scene, blending catchy melodies with raw, powerful punk energy, but not afraid to sing and dance a little too.

Our names are Grant Pack, Mason McGeorge, in 2016 we co-founded the band, and share vocal duties, delivering a 1-2 punch of creativity and charisma with blistering riffs and infectious hooks. In 2018, we took a another step forward with the addition of our incredibly sexy drummer Nate Reynoso who has since become an irreplaceable member of the band, and crucial to the song writing process. In 2023 we released our third full-length album, Just Pretend. That record marked a tighter, more refined sound while keeping a lot of the same intensity and energy that we love. We draw inspiration from our Bay Area punk roots, fusing high-octane punk songs with melodic sensibilities to create something uniquely our own. We’ve been through a lot together but we’ve been able to stay friends and bandmates over a long period of time, even through times where it felt like it was over, we stuck around!

Our sound continues to evolve, delivering fresh, invigorating riffs while staying true to the raw power and energy at the core of what we do. With lyrics that tackle themes of defiance, loneliness, the struggle, social unrest, etc. our music remains as relevant and powerful as ever. We aim to bring the same intensity to every stage, and most of all, we just like to have a good time. PEACE AND LOVE, ya damn hippies.
