Stay Healthy Seminole

These monthly free series of workshops on staying healthy with be held every Thursday from 2:00 pm to 2:45 pm at the Hope Helps Center. The series agenda is as follows:

February 8- Cooking with Herbs: lower your blood pressure with delicious herbs

March 7-Feed Your Potential: the science behind how much and what kind of foods we should eat.

April 4-Mindful Eating: explore the sounds, colors, smells, tastes, and textures of food.

May 9-Exercise within your reach: sleep better and reduce anxiety and depression with only 30 minutes a day.

Cancellation policy: Classes are subject to cancellation if a minimum number of attendees are not booked. If the class is canceled you will receive a notification confirmation to the e-mail that is provided during the registration process.
