A guided paddle board journey through nature—featuring movement, scripture, prayer and moments that invite you to breathe and begin again.
About this Event

Stay Grounded on the Water is a small-group paddle board experience for women designed to help you reconnect to what matters most—through scripture, nature and movement.

Held in the quiet waters of Gulfport’s mangrove-filled Clam Bayou, this approx. 90-minute journey invites you into a rhythm of rest, prayer and gentle motion on the water. Whether you’re navigating a season of change or simply craving calm, you’ll leave feeling more anchored, more aligned and more alive.

Led by Kristina York—yoga instructor, devotional leader and paddle enthusiast—this session blends intentional movement, scripture, prayer and nature-inspired stillness.

You’ll experience:

🧘 Gentle yoga and stretching on paddleboards

📖 Bible-based devotion, discussion and prayer

🌿 Tree therapy insights and sensory grounding tools

💬 Conversation, stillness and space to breathe

☀️ A restorative rhythm to begin again

No prior paddleboard or yoga experience is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to try something new.

Admission is $45.00 per person. Refunds issued only up to 48 hours before event start time due to limited spots available.

🛶 Bring your own board or rent one during checkout (includes board, paddle and life vest for $20). You must purchase the add-on ticket for the equipment when you purchase your admission ticket to ensure availability.
📍 PLEASE NOTE :: Exact meeting location and arrival instructions will be shared after registration. The map location here is just the general vicinity of our launch spot.
