Somatic Breathwork – A Gentle Reconnection with the Body
Host: Tiffany Brown
Info: Join Tiffany Brown, Certified Somatic Breathwork Practitioner and founder of Breath Is Life. You’re invited to come exactly as you are — no expectations, no pressure, and no experience needed.
This gentle, grounding 30-minute somatic breathwork workshop invites participants to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and soften some of what they’ve been carrying.
We’ll begin with breath and body awareness, followed by a simple somatic breathwork flow designed to support nervous system regulation, grounding, and inner steadiness. This is a space to explore the power of your own breath individually, while also experiencing the quiet strength of being in community.
This practice may support:
• A calmer, more regulated nervous system
• Softening tension held in the body
• A sense of spaciousness and ease
• Feeling more connected to yourself and others
