This Static Stretch and Release class will teach you how to assess and evaluate the tight muscles of your client. This class will give you the benefits, contraindications, and techniques to perform a Static Stretch and Release session using different techniques. Not only is this class taught by a License Massage therapist but the teacher is also a Personal Trainer and will ensure that you are using the correct techniques to keep your clients safe. You will also learn how to create a service menu to market to your current clients and future clients.
