Static Rotations

Look like you are on a spinning pole without the dizziness! This is an introduction to static rotation techniques which use hand and grip changes while shifting body weight through hips and shoulders to create transitions and poses that wrap your body around the pole. Practicing these techniques will bring a seamless look to your static pole work that will have people wondering if your pole is spinning or not.
You should be solid with climbing and holding sits. Most techniques we practice will not be inverted, so it's ok if you don't quite have your invert yet.
This series is suitable for levels 2/3 and up. It is highly recommended that you take all classes. Please contact us if you cannot make any of the classes in this series.
This four week series runs Wednesdays, September 2nd-23rd 6:00-7:00pm.
This class is $90 or 16 tokens for all four weeks, and is included on all Unlimited Passes.
