Staten Island 2050 – A Vision of Sustainability, Equity, and Transformation is a community-centered salon that brings together artists, local leaders, and residents to imagine a Staten Island that is environmentally resilient, socially just, and culturally vibrant.

Hosted in the Carpenter’s Shop at Snug Harbor Cultural Center, this interactive evening will spark meaningful dialogue and art-making as we co-create a shared vision that inspires collective action. Attendees will participate in a collaborative community vision board activity, hear from a panel of changemakers, and contribute their own hopes and ideas for the year 2050.

This event is part of the Creative Climate Awards 2025 and aims to use the power of art and culture to spark conversations that matter.
