Join us for the State of the Region forum, featuring Metro Council President Lynn Peterson's address and a discussion with Anna Griffin, Vice President for News at OPB. Co-hosted by Metro and the City Club of Portland.This event is free and open to the public. Registration is required to help us plan our catering for the post-reception.

Metro, serving over 1.7 million people in Multnomah, Clackamas, and Washington counties, plays a vital role in housing, land use, transportation, waste disposal, and more. President Peterson will highlight the region’s challenges, accomplishments, and agenda for the coming year.
After her speech, Anna Griffin will join President Peterson to explore key concerns raised by attendees. RSVP to shape the conversation!
This hybrid program will be recorded and posted on City Club’s YouTube channel. In-person attendees may join us at the Newmark Theatre between 11:30am - 12pm, and are invited to a reception from 1:00 - 1:30pm in the second balcony lobby.
