We talk often about empowering girls, but empowerment alone isn’t enough. Without access, infrastructure, and opportunity, confidence fades, and potential goes unrealized. Join Girl Scouts of Central Texas and community leaders for a timely and thought-provoking conversation about what it truly takes to engineer opportunity for girls.
