State of Schools Leadership Breakfast

Join Lexington business and community partners and support the annual State of Schools: Leadership breakfast featuring Dr. Demetrus Liggins Superintendent of Fayette County Public Schools. High-performance community partners that provide an exceptional commitment of time, energy, and expertise to support the success of students will be recognized through The Golden Apple Awards.

The State of Schools is a fundraiser for The Fayette Education Foundation. The Foundation is a nonprofit which serves as a link between the school district and the community soliciting resources – time, talent and treasure – from individuals, businesses, and private foundations and then distributing those resources to promote equity, educational excellence and innovative programs.

This event features a breakfast buffet, networking, student performances, and remarks from Dr. Demetrus Liggins.
