State of Me, State of Mind Mental Health Conference Weekend

State of Me, State of Mind Mental Health Conference weekend is designed to help offer support and resources to all individuals who have been diagnosed with a mental illness or for the family members of those who suffer with a severe mental illness. This 2-day conference is designed to inspire, encourage and inform the public on what it means to be mentally ill and how to address it. Our featured panelist are clinical and medical professionals who specialize in mental illness and therapy. The State of Me, State of Mind will be a mental health conference like none other with a Friday night dinner fundraising gala to raise funds for A Better Day Foundation Mental Health Initiative and a Saturday seminar FREE and OPEN to the public, however, registration is required.

Friday, October 1, 2021 fundraising gala will feature special music guest and entertainment with professional catered dinner and service, live music, dancing and special presentations. All guest will be required to wear face mask and social distance. All guest are encouraged to get a covid-19 test prior to attending event to ensure the safety of all if individuals have not been vaccinated.

Saturday, October 2, 2021 seminar will feature special guest panelist who specialize in mental health behavior and treatment options. Our panelist will provide vital components to show individuals who are diagnosed with a mental illness how they can be successful and productive while treating their mental illness. Our Saturday seminar will also provide resources and information to family members of those who suffer from a mental illness. There will be an open forum discussion and Q & A section.
