Welcome to Winter Jam 2026 and our home on the road!

PLEASE CAREFULLY READ ALL DETAILS BELOW:

IMPORTANT: YOUR TOUR BUS EXPERIENCE TICKET DOES NOT INCLUDE YOUR ADMISSION INTO WINTER JAM. Our session will be midafternoon so that you will be able to join the admission line afterwards. You are guaranteed entry even if the show sells out before you reach the entrance.

Tour Bus Experience groups will meet mid afternoon before the show. Due to the nature of the venues, the location of the meeting spot will be emailed to you to the morning of the show. Please be sure to lookout for an email from Eventbrite and remember that emails could possibly land in your Junk/Spam folder. Refunds will be granted at the request of the purchaser due to illness, emergency or if you are no longer able to make it. We ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you are unable to attend. * Due to the limited nature of the tickets, a 50% refund will be offered to purchasers who do not show without any notice.
