Ready to bring your business dreams to life? Whether you're at the idea stage or have just started out, Startup School is here to guide you. Hosted by the J. Orin Edson Entrepreneurship + Innovation Institute at ASU, and the City of Phoenix. This versatile program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in today’s entrepreneurial world. Through seven dynamic modules, you'll explore strategic thinking, customer discovery, prototyping, team building, financial planning, and more!

What to Expect:

• Build a sustainable business model
• Master scaling strategies
• Navigate legal and licensing requirements
• Sharpen your pitching skills
• Collaborate with a community of like-minded entrepreneurs

Target Audience:

• New Small Business Owners
• Aspiring Entrepreneurs

Session 1: Building Effective Strategies for Entrepreneurs

Session 2 : Desirability- Value proposition, customer discovery

Session 3: Feasibility- Prototyping, Team building, Partnerships

Session 4: Viability- Revenue Streams, building a sustainable business, Scaling, Cost Structure

Session 5: Licensing and other legal elements

Session 6: Closing & Next Steps w/ Ecosystem navigation, and creating a short pitch

Session 7 (final Session): Pitch competition and Graduation

Event Dates: Every Wednesday, starting October 9th to November 20th

Time: 4 PM for Office Hours and then the workshop will being promptly at 5-7 PM
