About this Event
Ready to put your startup idea to the test? Stop Guessing. Start Building. π
Most startups fail because they build something nobody wants. Donβt be "most startups." Join us for an intensive, 24-hour Startup Bootcamp at Geekdom designed to take you from a raw idea to a data-backed Go/No-Go decision.
This weekend is a jam-packed, high energy, high-pressure validation sprint where youβll conduct customer interviews, face "pivot checkpoints," and build a working demo. Whether you leave with a validated business or the courage to K*ll a bad idea, youβll leave with the frameworks used by venture-backed founders to scale fast.
What You'll Get
Intensive Mentorship
1-on-1 pivot checkpoints with founders and operators who've been where you are. Direct access throughout the weekend.
Structured Validation Framework
Running Lean methodology, customer discovery scripts, go/no-go scorecardsβthe tools venture-backed startups use to validate fast.
Community & Network
Work alongside other ambitious founders. Form teams, work solo in pods, make connections, find your people.
Resources & Support
Templates, tools, workspace, food, coffee, and everything you need to focus on validating your startup idea.
Pathway to Growth
Validated ideas with strong evidence are fast-tracked into Geekdom's founder network and support. Access to ongoing ecosystem connections, events, and resources.
Who This Is For
This weekend is designed for founders building high-growth, scalable, tech-enabled startups:
β Software platforms and SaaS products
β Marketplaces and two-sided networks
β Consumer apps with millions of potential users
β B2B solutions with enterprise potential
β Tech-enabled services that can scale nationally or globally
β Ideas with $10M+ revenue potential
Ideal participants:
- Have an idea but haven't validated it with real customers yet
- Are building in a silo and need honest feedback
- Are stuck between multiple ideas and need a framework to decide
- Have launched something but can't figure out why it's not working
- Want to learn how to validate fast before investing months of effort
Who This Is NOT For
β Local service businesses (salons, gyms, consulting practices)
β Restaurants, cafes, food trucks, or retail concepts
β Franchises or established business models
β Lifestyle businesses focused on personal income vs. scale
β Anyone not open to hearing their idea might need to change
Why the distinction? The frameworks we teach are designed for startups pursuing massive growth, not location-dependent or lifestyle businesses. Both are valuable, but they require different approaches.
Building a traditional small business or consulting practice? We recommend visiting LaunchSA. They'll give you the right resources for your path and have free workshops and business advisors to point you in the right direction.
