Bring your bathing suit, a water bottle, and leave your stress behind for a relaxing evening of gentle networking or simply chilling out. Guided sauna mindfulness class, "Loving Kindness," starts at 8:45pm sharp.
No shoes in the sauna, cold plunge optional, bring a water bottle. Herbal teas provided.
