From sharing seeds and plant knowledge to exchanging excess produce, our gardening gatherings will foster growth and camaraderie. By registering for and participating in the Starting your Vegetable Garden Saturday Event ("the Event") held at 1436 Rushing Rapids Way, Winter Springs FL 32708 I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that gardening activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury, property damage, or other dangers associated with gardening activities.

Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Rafael Irastorza, the organizers, volunteers, and any other participants associated with the Event for any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the released parties or otherwise, while participating in the Event.

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rafael Irastorza, the organizers, volunteers, and any other participants associated with the Event from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of my participation in the Event, including but not limited to legal fees and expenses.
