Please book your free space in advance to help us manage numbers and make sure there’s plenty of refreshments and resources for everyone. When booking, simply select the time you expect to arrive. If early slots are full, choose a later time — the same stalls and support will be available throughout. Most people spend 20–60 minutes at the event.

This Event is organised by the Portsmouth North PCN. What is a Primary Care Network (PCN)?

A Primary Care Network (PCN) consists of groups of general practices working together with a range of local providers, including across primary care, community services, social care and the voluntary sector, to offer more personalised, coordinated health and social care to their local populations.
