I can't wait to welcome you to our workshop to help you feel confident to introduce solid food to your baby. This workshop is ideal for parents of babies who are 4.5 to 6 months old. This ticket admits 1 baby (or set of multiples) and up to 2 parents/carers.
This is an interactive workshop for adults with mat space for babies to play. The session will last around 2 hours . Follow up information will be sent by email to look back at as you begin the next phase of parenting.
We'll cover:
-the signs of readiness
-baby led weaning and spoon feeding approaches
-what foods to start with, what to avoid
-how to manage milk feeds
-what to do about allergy risk
-how to keep everyone safe and having fun
-and plenty more :)
