About this Event

Led by Artistic Director Marie Vickers, this programme helps you develop the confidence to lead and support projects that are shaped by the voices and experiences of the communities you work with.

You’ll gain insight on how you can work with children, vulnerable young people, and older adults, and learn how theatre can be used as a tool for connection, expression, and social change.

  • Develop different facilitation styles and devising techniques
  • Consider how to work with children, vulnerable young people and older adults
  • Learn how to plan and deliver your own community projects
  • An understanding of the different career pathways in community theatre

You must be aged 18-25 to take part in this programme. Travel is reimbursed and refreshments are provided. No work experience or qualifications needed.

  • Mondays | 9th February – 23rd March
  • 2pm – 5pm
  • London Bubble Theatre, SE16 4JD

This programme is focused on working with people not performing.

At London Bubble, care about who gets to work in theatre. We value having a workforce that reflects the communities we serve, sharing similar lived experiences.
