About this Event
Cancel the Contract AV and Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles invite students, parents, and youth advocates to join us in conversation Wednesday, May 22 at 6 PM . In May of 2023 CTC , along with individual plantiffs sued the Antelope Valley Union High School District for its discrimination in discipline against its Black students and students with disabilities. We will be giving an update on where we are in our journey to ensure the District treats each of its students with equity and that their policies aren't violating laws meant to prevent discrimination based on race or disability.
