🧘 A 1,5-Hour Gentle Introductory Yoga for Beginners ✨Feeling unsure where to begin your yoga journey?
This workshop is created for you — no experience needed, and absolutely no pressure. Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, calmer, more confident, and more connected to your body.
What you will learn in this workshop:
✨Basic yoga postures
✨Simple breathing for relaxation
✨Safe alignment & injury prevention
✨Gentle stretching for body & mind
This workshop will also offer guided relaxation & meditation, and a safe space for you to ask questions freely.
🌿About Id🌿
Ever since Id rolled out the mat in her first yoga class in 2014, she knew she found something she would dedicate her passion towards. Despite studying and working, she still took the time to explore and deepen her practice - eventually leaving her job to focus more on teaching Yoga.
In 2015 she completed her first 200 hr YTT. She continued her studies by earning her 50hr ++ Assisting in Yoga teacher training in Bali.
