This workshop is for business owners & marketing executives who wish to create a more consistant customer experience and generate more sales through referrals.
The traditional sales funnel is one-directional, focusing most businesses focus their attention to the conversion metrics.
During the workshop, Claire will guide you through a Purchase Process/ User Journey framework step-by-step where you'll be able to map, out your current experience for your customers.
Once mapped out, you'll identify gaps and generate ideas to create improvements to increase conversions, retention and referrals.
You'll come away with practical steps to improve your end-to-end customer experience.
No prior marketing experience is required, Claire will guide you through all the steps and will give you examples based on her experience working B2B, B2C across multiple industries.
Feedback from April 2022 Workshop:
I loved the way Claire presented this. Big corporate thinking for small business owners that offers a full cycle perspective not always easily available for sole traders and owners of small businesses. Thoroughly recommended - Kiwiroa
Recommend Claire Kavanagh for great insights and enjoyable facilitation! As a new business owner I have appreciated the User Journey information to help clarify the journey much sooner than I would have on my own - Julie
Claire Kavanagh has worked in Marketing for 20+ years in NZ, UK & US. As a Customer Experience Consultant, she's developed her own User Experience Audit framework. She has been co-creating online end-to-end user journeys for start-ups, and designed physical user journeys for organisations like Tottenham Hotspur FC during the launch of their 62k seat £billion stadium.
In the companies she's worked with over the 5+ years, she has helped them re-balance their focus. Moving away from a traditional sales funnel, measuring conversion metrics, to implementing a full marketing cycle.
She has experienced firsthand, how existing customers can generate 50% of new sales via referral.
As Head of Retention at mobile phone company giffgaff she was responsible for half acquisition via member referrals. Setting the right expectations pre-purchase, managing the onboarding experience post-purchase and managing feedback and asking for referral was essential to giffgaff's success. It still has industry-leading customer service, winning multiple awards, and has grown to nearly 5 million customers.
