Start-Up Leeds: Pricing your Products and Services

In our fourth workshop, we’ll be delving deeper into pricing strategies and how to add value to your products and services.

Find out how to calculate costs, understand value and whether discounts and incentives are right for your business.

In this session, you’ll:

• Learn how to calculate costs and put together a price list for your business

• Understand how to position your products

• Create a plan for offering discounts and incentives within your pricing

• Find out how to deal with external economic factors, such as recessions

This event is part of a series of Start-up Leeds workshops. To get the most out of the programme, you should ideally be able to attend each session. .

This workshop will be delivered by Gareth Allen.

About Gareth:

Gareth Allen is an experienced coach who works with start-up businesses as well as large corporate organisations. Having occupied senior management roles in retail and banking, he now runs his own business and helps others to achieve their potential.
