Mahesh Muralidhar was one of the first leaders at Canva, joining as employee #25 when the company was valued at just $20 million. He played a pivotal role in scaling it into a 4,000-person global business worth over $40 billion today. After returning home five years ago, Mahesh founded Phase One Ventures, a leading early-stage fund and founder community in New Zealand that has been instrumental in nurturing a new generation of high-growth Kiwi startups.
