The DNYS Academie 8-day Pilates Teacher Training in Amsterdam is an immersive journey into movement, awareness and embodiment. It is a compact, English-spoken intensive designed to support you in becoming a confident and well-rounded Pilates instructor.
Throughout the training, you will work with both classical and modern Pilates while deepening your understanding of anatomy, alignment and the natural intelligence of the body.
