CLASS DESCRIPTION
-- Sensuality Dance
If you would like to feel more free in exploring and expressing your sensuality in dance, this might be the class for you. Exploring your sensuality & sexuality can be very playful, fun, exiting, relaxing and calming for the body and mind. During this dance class I try to create a safe space for my students to explore their sensuality and express this through dance movements. Feeling more comfortable with your sensuality can create a lot of internal physical and emotional freedom. The classes contain different physical exercises that are all focused on general body awareness, physical transformation, playfulness and different ways of expressing sensuality through dance. The classes are accessible for all levels and all genders.

-- Afro-Modern Dance
If you would like to feel more free in your body during dance and experience more freedom in connecting with the music, then this might be the class for you. When you start to develop rhythm in your dancing, you will start to feel more free and creative in improvisation and dance in general. The combination of Afro Dance movements combined with some Modern Dance flow will create space to develop general body awareness, experience fun and learn about different cultural dance traditions through dance. Connecting with yourself, with the other dancers and the music are the most important aspects of this class. The classes are accessible for all levels.
