Start Before You’re Ready

An interactive workshop with the gals from Bloom Collective + Shop Bloom PVD for anyone with a business idea, creative pursuit, side hustle, or “what if?” they’ve been waiting to act on.

Most businesses don’t fail because the idea isn’t good enough. They never begin because someone is waiting for the perfect time, the perfect product, or the confidence to take the first step.

This workshop is about getting past that.

Together, we’ll break down what it actually takes to move from idea to action, share some of the lessons we’ve learned from building our own businesses, and help you figure out what your next step could look like.

Whether you have an idea you haven’t started yet, a side hustle you’re ready to take more seriously, or something you’ve been quietly thinking “what if?” about, you don’t need to have it all figured out before you come.

We’ll end the workshop with a Business Hot Seat, where a few volunteers can share their idea and get live, practical feedback from Heather + Savannah. We’ll talk through what’s compelling, where we see opportunity, and what we’d do next if it were our business.

Afterward, stick around for a Hangout Hour to grab a drink, meet other people in the room, and chat with Heather + Savannah one-on-one.

Free street parking for the brewery is available on Sprague Street and the surrounding area. Parking lots are reserved for Rooms & Works tenants only.
