You’ve spent years getting good at your job.

Maybe you’re the person who trains new staff, fixes a process, explains the reports or keeps everything moving.

Have you ever wondered whether someone outside your workplace would pay for that same help?

You might like the idea of building something alongside your 9–5—but have no clear answer to:

“How could AI help?”

“And where would I find the time?”

Roadmap to AI Launchpad is a practical, in-person workshop to help you explore those questions and take a first step.

Find a service idea within your work experience

Identify a problem you understand and explore how helping someone solve it could become a service.

Identify a potential customer

Get clearer about who might need that help and what makes the problem worth addressing.

See where AI could support the work

Watch a practical example of how AI can help organise information or develop a draft—and understand where your knowledge and judgement matter.

Draft your first offer

Put your idea into a simple sentence: who you help, what you help with and what you would deliver.

Write your first message

Prepare a message to start a conversation and test interest.

Plan your next two weeks

Choose practical actions you can take alongside your job and other responsibilities.

Who this is for

This workshop is for working professionals who:

• Want to explore an income outside their 9–5.
• Have work experience but aren’t sure how to turn it into a service.
• Are interested in AI and want a practical business application.
• Have been collecting ideas and would like to take a concrete next step.

You don’t need an existing business, a finished idea or coding experience.

You do need a willingness to participate, explore your assumptions and take action afterwards.

What to expect

This is an interactive group workshop for up to 60 participants.

You’ll work on your own idea through guided exercises, see selected examples discussed live and have opportunities to ask questions.

Individual consultations and personal reviews for every attendee are not included.

Priya is an AI and business automation strategist and GoHighLevel Certified Admin with a background in education and bioinformatics.

She works with business owners on practical systems and automation, and brings her own experience of moving from salaried work into business.
