Join us every Thursday as we set our intention to connect with our highest-self, guides, and ancestors. Through guided breath, meditation, and sound, we realign our mind, body, and soul to bring harmony within to better coexist with the seen and unseen.

When we connect with our highest selves and cosmic roots, we invite guidance, clarity, and intuition so we can better navigate the matrix with a sense of confidence and compassion. This particular sound bath is hard to explain through logic but in our personal experiences, we've found that when we create an inner dialogue with these unseen forces trusting what happens in our life becomes a lot easier. It just helps.

Our greatest joy is to connect you with your most authentic self because we believe that creating a meaningful connection within empowers you as a co-creator of your destiny. When we build each other up we build a beautiful world.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Red will have a brief introduction as he sets the space and intention. You'll be invited to connect to your inner power and highest self through gentle breathwork accompanied with the soothing sounds from the ocean and healing instruments. Following the breathwork, you'll be immersed into a relaxed state of mind, body, and soul through a guided meditation and sound journey. After, you'll be invited to share your experience or whatever you feel like sharing within an accepting and loving group.

WHAT TO BRING

This is a laying down experience. You're invited to create your most comfortable space. Comfy suggestions: blanket, pillow, water, crystals, yoga mat, eye masks, and comfy clothes so you can relax to the max.

PARKING DETAILS

If you're parking near Perry's Cafe–parking is generally a $1.00 per hour for a 2 hour maximum. Sometimes the lot can be full during the summer but it usually has enough spots. Come early so you have enough time to come relaxed :) IF YOU ARE LATE AND WE'VE ALREADY STARTED! No worries <3 come in as relaxed as you can being respectful for those already there.
