East meets West as award-winning mixologist Meaghan Dorman of New York City’s The Raines Law Room and Dear Irving steps behind the bar at Starlite. The Tales of the Cocktail Dames Hall of Fame inductee and former Imbibe Magazine’s ‘Bartender of the Year’ will bring her mixology magic to Starlite, showcasing her passion and expertise for crafting cocktails.

Sip on iconic cocktails including her spin on the Gibson, adorned with a Champagne vinegar-pickled pearl onion; the Hotel Nacional Special, made with Giffard Abricot du Roussillon, Denizen Rum, and topped with Tepache Sazón, or her moniker-named signature cocktail, the Wildest Redhead, made with honey syrup, allspice dram, blended scotch, and dressed in Heering Cherry.
