Starlight Studio Dance Workshop and After-Party

Whether or not you "love the green" this event is for you! Here's what we have in store for you:

First we will have a dance workshop from 3 to 5 PM featuring burlesque/booty style choreography (no floorwork) to a themed song taught by Julia. Participants are encouraged to wear green/tie-dye, etc. and our studio lighting will be set to GREEN! At the end of the workshop, we will have the option of filming the dance in front of our sequin wall in different groups: one version to privately share on our "secret" Facebook group, another version that we feel comfortable sharing to social media, and whatever other permutations we would like to do. For an extra element of fun, you are invited to bring/take a tasty treat at the beginning of the workshop and see what chaos ensues, however, this is in no way required!!!

Everyone who wants to dance is welcome, including your friends and families! Please keep it 18+ due to the sexual nature of our dance style and adult references. Space is LIMITED!

After the workshop, we will have an “After Party” from 5 to 8 PM. We will set the studio to party lights and have a fun playlist of dance music. Again, dress in your green, your psychedelic neon colors, or just your cozy jammies. This will be a potluck event, so bring a snack or beverage to share (please no alcohol, it’s not that kind of party ). We will also have some fun crafts set up, including Play-Doh making (with optional CBD oil) and galaxy jar creation plus a selfie Photo Booth with silly props. Plan on crafting, snacking, dancing, or just vibing from the pillow filled corners of the room!

Again, everyone is welcome (including friends and family) but please keep it 18+. We are charging a nominal $5 fee to help cover craft supplies.You can attend just the dance workshop or just the after party or both! We will have registration information shortly on Eventbrite.

Please note: there is absolutely NO pressure to partake in anything at this event and ALL are welcome for just a silly fun time. Also, there can be NO smoking or vaping on studio property including the parking lot so plan on tasty treats if you would like to partake.
