About this Event
Join us as we kick off stargazing season 2022!
Peer into the cosmos with Vinny Coulehan of the Rockland Astronomy Club; view the night sky through a telescope and catch a glimpse of our planetary neighbors.
Meet at the Visitor’s Center courtyard, followed by a short walk on the Overlook trail to our viewing location. Dress warmly and bring water and a flashlight or headlamp with a red setting.
IMPORTANT: We leave promptly at scheduled times. This is a night hike, after the park has officially closed. Latecomers will not be able to join after the group has departed.
Rain date: TBD. Cost: $3 + Eventbrite fees. Max: 20 people.
