We would ask all attending, if they can, to bring a donation to the Edmonton Food Bank. We will have a receptacle set up near the registration desk

All refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Any requests received after March 30 will be refused unless the reason is compelling. This is partly at the request of our caterer so that they will have firm numbers on which to base the menu
