Dr. Snook and fellow volunteers will have telescopes positioned and ready to use. So bring a blanket and enjoy the Perseid Meteor Shower.Parking will be available next to the Visitor's center.
The viewing area will be in the field adjacent to the building.

If you have any questions please call Sandy Creek Park at 706-613-3631. There is no extra charge for this event, just the standard park admission fee. $2.00 per person from ages 4-64.
Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
