May the Fourth Be With You! The Bill Memorial Library in the City of Groton invites Jedi and Sith of all ages to celebrate Star Wars Day on Saturday, May 4, 2024. Stop by the library during regular hours and pick up a free Star Wars bookmark and poster book and a Star Wars activity packet for kids, while supplies last. Fill out a ballot with your favorite Star Wars character and you could win a backpack full of Star Wars swag, including a LEGO kit! While here, discover all the amazing Star Wars titles in our collection; we will have books with all your favorite characters from a galaxy far, far away on display and available to check out. Library hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday and Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
