About this Event
A one-of-a-kind Star Trek dining experience awaits at a secret location in East Vancouver (location will be close to Renfrew park, not AT this location). Welcome to Ten Forward, an imaginative, visually stimulating collaboration between Chef Tasha Sawyer (@chef_tasha_sawyer) and Sommelier Andrea Terpenkas (@good._.libations) that takes us through the Alpha Quadrant and beyond.
The ticket includes a 5 course meal plus alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink pairings for each course. Additional Drinks available for cash purchase.
Choose from 2 seatings: 5:30-7:30pm or 8:00-10:00pm
Costumes encouraged!

The entirety of the menu is gluten free.
Terran food items will be substituted when off-world ingredients are unavailable or out of season.
Bios
Chef Tasha Sawyer (formerly of Burdock & Co.) was featured as the Star Trek Chef on startrek.com in 2020. She has cooked on a sailboat travelling the BC coast, a fishing lodge in Haida Gwaii, and a backcountry lodge in the mountains of Yoho National Park. Chef Tasha has been cooking ever since she can remember, and professionally for the last 18 years. She is passionate about local ingredients, and has been an avid forager since she was a child. She sees food as fundamental to building and sustaining connection to community, and is currently a chef educator for Growing Chefs, teaching youth food literacy and culinary skills.
Andrea Terpenkas is an experienced Food and Beverage Educator and Consultant, and proprietor of Good-Libations. She has 16+ years of teaching under her belt, is a certified Beer and Wine expert holding: a WSET (Wine, Spirits, Education Trust) level 3 in Wine, Level 2 in beer, and is in the process of completing The Beer Judge Certification Program. She engages in all sorts of creative endeavours, loves Sci-Fi/Fantasty, Cats, and "all things that grow".
