Discover how to tell a planet from a star in the North Carolina night sky and learn why Pluto is now considered a dwarf planet. In this special program, we’ll meet planets in our own solar system and then journey farther into our Milky Way Galaxy to find even more planets.
Arrive before your show or stay after to explore our interactive exhibits, science demo spaces, and Cosmic Goods gift shop. Star Families is recommended for children ages 7-12 and their families.
