About this Event
S.T.A.R* Tot Art workshops in July & August will engage The Preschool social learners to have the freedom to discover and choose ways to create images and objects using a variety of materials. Each workshop involves immersive storytelling, art inquiry & curios sensory play in a child-centred environment.
This art workshop will explore themes from Artist Frida Kahol. The workshop will offer an experiment, activity and challenges inspired by Self portraiture through immersive storytelling, art inquiry & sensory play in a child-centred environment.

- Age: 2 years - up to 4 years

- Price: £10 includes smock, artist berry & take home original art.
Frida Kahol Workshop includes;
- The Kahol “Blow hair” Experiment
This fun messy play science experiment will use breath and straws to blow paint into a fun hairstyle inspired by Kahol's work.
- The Kahol “Self Portrait” roller Activity
This art activity will use a mirror, paper plates and loose bits to the Tot's creative self-portrait.
- The Kahol inspired “Art Sensory” Challenge
This time challenge will develop the Tot's pincer and gross grab, picking up and putting down with a Kahol-inspired sensory tray where the Tots will match the coloured objects.
