What to expect
Carrying your baby or toddler is part of everyday life, but it's not always clear how to do it in a way that feels good for your body. This session is all about that.
Led by a women's health and pelvic floor physiotherapist, we'll start with practical tips for carrying your child in daily life: posture, pelvic floor care and small changes that make it more comfortable.
Then we'll move into a workout using Stapelstein® elements for playful, functional movement, and if you'd like, you can keep your little one close in the carrier while you move. Stay afterward for a relaxed hangout and playdate.

Based in Berlin, Flybaby designs light, seamless and award-winning carriers that feel like a second skin, made for moving freely while staying close to your little one. Their team will show you how the carriers work, and you can wear one throughout the session to try it firsthand.
Who it’s for
For women 2+ months postpartum (no upper limit) and their little ones, who want to:
- Carry their baby or toddler more comfortably and for longer
- Protect their back and pelvic floor while carrying
- Get carrier tips firsthand from the Flybaby team
- Meet and connect with other moms
Little ones welcome: Babies and toddlers are welcome. A kid-friendly space and play area (including toys) will be available during and after the session.
This session is designed for general postpartum recovery, with no exercise or babywearing experience needed.. Please check with your healthcare provider before joining if you have any medical conditions, complications, or concerns about movement.
Please try to arrive 15 minutes before the event (at 9:45), so you can settle in calmly and the class can start on time.
